The Porsche logo is not in the middle of the cover...I have always been proud to show my previous Porsche phone covers ...this one looks like a mistake...can you fix it?

Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

A trip to the Sloss blast furnaces in Birmingham, Alabama yielded a number of abstracts including this one, Iron Ore Abstract #4. I enjoyed the lines and shapes of this close-up of an old boiler with its pipes, union plugs, metal plates, and rivets. The punches of turquoise, probably oxidized coper fittings, in the rusty orange also caught my eye. In operation for nearly 100 years, by 1971 their outdated technology forced the closure of the furnaces. Local preservationists saved the site, now a National Historic Landmark, an interpretive museum, the location for metal arts classes, and a popular venue for wedding, engagement, and senior picture photos.
